Rusty vented RH W124 diesel wing

Does anybody happen to have a rusty RH vented wing from a W124 diesel. I dont actually want the wing, all I want are the vents and enough surrounding metal so I can let it into something else...

And a photo of the wing removed would be nice. Is there some sort of shield to prevent water ingress?

I can get louvres punched straight into the wing. However I want the flush vents as fitted to the W124. Theoretically Cool louvres do them, but his tooling needs adapting to his new press...

It'd be easier if someone knows someone who can punch them, save me flushing a panel in.
