Had the S class booked in with Olly @ PCS yesterday to have it plugged into his STAR machine, had a list of annoying niggles with the car for him to assess, what a pleasure it was to talk to some one face to face about my car that actually knew what he was talking about without just guessing well it might be this or it could be that. I got most of my questions answered, some fairly cheap solutions and one not so cheap solution like my torque converter needs replacing, well happy with the service so would highly recommend. I'm convinced my car is haunted though, as the fault with the passenger side head rest has occured again today although when it was at Olly's place it was fine, and having been told what to do regarding my soft close boot operation today it has decided to work again without doing anything to it and it hadn't worked for the last 6 weeks, thanks again Olly
