Is the memory seat function supposed to operate the RVM on the 211 E Class? It doesn't on mine and wonder it that is normal?

(Does on my W220)

RVM is manual

OK thanks for confirming.
It's auto on my W220 which is a much older car, so wondered if the 211 was supposed to be automatic or not.

Anyone else find that the RVM is not tall enough? (i.e. top to bottom)
I find if I look in the RVM of my W220 I can see through the rear screen AND the rear PTS display in one glance.
On my S211 I have to bob up and down to see between the two.

Does that make sense?

Yes, me too, but if it was any lower it would get damaged by stuff in the boot (the roofline curves down quite a bit before meeting the tailgate).
