I’ve had my car in for service recently and the Indy that I used said that the rear subframe front bushes need replacing as there’s grease/oil around one of them. Is this a common problem on the 213? 2017 220d 90000 miles.

I wonder where the oil came from ?
I was told that they are fluid filled and if they split the fluid leaks out. Hence the oil/grease
