S280 comand system cd

I have just bought a 2000 s280 (very pleased!) It has comand sat nav with a 1999 cd in it . What cd do I need to buy to get an updated version(and where from). Do I just eject the old one and put the new one in when I get it.

Also can I just fit some xenon bulbs (H7) into my dipped beam to get that nice bright white light feeling.

Also (as well) does anyone know where i can get an after instal to fit nokia phone to comand and get tv working

Help would be appriciated.

You'll need a Teleatlas DX CD - see www.navshop.co.uk

You can't fit true Xenon bulbs into your dipped beam, but you can fit brighter bulbs - do a search for some recommendations. PIAA / Osram.

I have a wiring diagram for the nokia phone into COMAND set up - its very simple once you have the right parts - quite expensive from the dealer unfortunately - try eBay - they come up once in a while.

Thanks for your help guys. I'm going to get the latest cd from 'Navshop', some brighter bulbs and a bluetooth ear piece (for £30!!!)

Further nav cd question

Sorry to be a pain but i am looking on e bay at tele atlas cds.

What does the 'DX' part mean and do I need it. some one is selling the cd (not dx).

Also is there much difference in 2003 and 2004/05 version. I know there will be new roads etc but is it worth spending money on new version.

I take it I can just eject old cd and put new one in and bobs your uncle!!
