Spyker / Saab have been trying to raise money for years. Hiring a firm that was only started a few months ago having failed with many big names hardly inspires confidence. I'll no doubt be proved wrong, but this looks to me like a company grasping at straws.
I see... so the near equivalent then... or just reaching an agreement with suppliers and creditors etc. The point is that I think it pretty clear that at the very least they absolutely need to 'get rid' of their current debts for any chance of recovery.
