Safe or not?

Coming into work this morning, and sitting at a set of lights A CL500 pulled up along side with a set of Brabus, to die for. Having a quick look I saw on each wheel was 2 locking nuts, must be worried, and quite right too, that somebody would want his babies. The question is :- is this safe ? as I dont hink you can tighten the locking nuts up as tight as the normal bolts.

The locking nuts are done up to the same torque as the rest of the wheel nuts on my W208. Never thought that there was any issue there.

I have done the same with my styling II. I had the set when I got the wheels and the set that were already on the C43.

Not had any problems with them coming loose etc.
