Satnav disk probs

I stupidly took out the cd from the satnav on my car to have a look . Now putting it back in it keeps saying its not the satnav cd. Anyone got any clues??? It is the original disk for England.
It a 2002 CL600.

The CD head probably just needs cleaning. The S/CL comand probably has a very similar design CD unit to the CLK/E/ML units, this is a fairly common fault for those comand units as they get older.
