They have set a date for the Day Of Support, March 7th. (that is a Sunday)

Several car clubs will be in attendance.

I'll be there Donnington was my home of motorsport in the Wheatcroft era, learned to race there, raced there loads of times and ended up as an instructor there. Also they are trying to get some of the big businesses there that sponsored them in the past. We can't let it go to ruins like so many British circuits, Senna in the F1 European GP was a master at Donnington in all that rain, best GP I have ever been to. Will be giving it my full support and what time I have available to help.

sad when these ventures go south so dramatically, I hope the campaign goes well. It has happened elsewhere, as a kid I grew up near the Essex Showground at Gt Leighs, this was bought and turned into an all singing and dancing all weather horse racing track. I think it opened once and then went bust and it still empty and unused as far as I know.
