Service Time again (B Service)

Well its that service time again. After phoning around Maidstone, Gillingham, Darford and Canary Wharf I managed to get quoted £396 inc vat which doesn t seem to bad as it started off at £477.
Well just had the list back of what needs doing (time to call Steve):
Front Discs and Pads
Rear Pads (might as well get the discs done at the same time)
Poly V belt
Diff Pinion Seal
Gearbox conductor plug

Any one have any tips or experiences regarding the above items?
