I have been trying to find a thread where it lists what needs changes on what mileage, i can't sem to find any. Going to an approved MB garage may cost a lot and i am sure there are people who may not want to pay so much.

My car is 52 reg has done 89k miles. the dash says it needs servicing in 2.7k miles.

Can anyone explain the different levels of servicing please A B C? However many there are

Does the supercharge need a separate service?

I will decide after if I shoudl take it to wayne gates or buy all MB parts and take it to a maechanic I know to change all the bits.

Click on this link to MB's Electronic Service Sheet and fill in your details. It will produce what you need.

I've asked myself the same question about the supercharger. As far as I can make out there is a small quantity of oil to lubricate the gears but there is no schedule to change it. I'd be interested in views as whether it should be changed regardless.

Why not take the car to an approved MB "independent" like Wayne Gates in Harrow?

You will get a quality service using OEM parts and pay a fraction of main dealer price.
Doesn't make sense to me to pay main dealer labour rates for a car of that age.
