SL320 fuel pump leak.

Has anyone had the same problem. When my sl320 has been stood in garage for a couple of days when I start the car fuel leaks from the fuel pump area under the car. After running for a while the fuel leak stops.
Any suggestions would be welcome as to the possible reason for this.

I would get it seen to ASAP - this is a major fire hazard

Hi - same was happening to me - paticularly with a full tank - turned out to be perished petrol line from the petrol pump - short length about 6 inches long replaced - job done and all good now
