Hi all
New to forum (and to MB ownership! :D)
I now have a GORGEOUS 2007 SL350, with 19" AMG wheels, BUT, no tyre pressure info in the fuel filler cap, and nothing I can find in the owners manual/handbook (not v. clever!)
I would be really grateful if someone could help with a pressure table for:
Fronts: 255/35 ZR19 96Y
Rears: 285/30 ZR19 98Y
Thanks in advance
Mark

Sadly, as I say above, there is NO info inside the fuel filler cap ! - and I just checked for the third time - NOTHING there !! :-(

Sorry! My bad! My tired eyes!
Mine shows 30f, 33r. I run 31, 34 to protect my wheels from potholes.

Thanks very much SL350 - just to confirm - same size wheels & tyres as mine ?
cos wow - that's 2.1 to 2.3 bar
My tyre pressure monitor in the dash is showing me 2.5 - 2.7 bar (varying round the wheels) - is that way too high ?
Would seem to equate to around 36-40psi

I do have 19's in the same tyre size as you. But the pressure is the same for all 18 or 19inch wheel/tyres. Just front or rear and loading that changes things.

Thanks very much SL350. I guess I'll get them re-set to F30/31 and R33/34 (normally just me and no luggage) and have a look at what the system tyre pressure monitor says after that - could be that that system reads high - after all it doesn't work when stationary.
Happy to feedback later !
Many thanks for your help

I think pressures can raise about 5psi when tyres are warm

Hi again,
Have now re-set them to 31psi/34psi and get system pressure readings of 2.3bar/2.4bar, both of which rise by .1 after just a mile or two. I also note that the tyre pressure monitor system seems to jump around a little bit - I guess it is not so much an accurate pressure measurer, more a "high/low/losing pressure" indicator.
Still, think I'm cool with all that now !
Thanks again
Mark
