A normal SLR in standard silver paint is an absolute visual feast and worthy of pride of place in anyones garage.
Finished in chrome or gold is simply tasteless in the extreme and I for one do not understand the thought that goes behind the desire to ruin a perfect car in such a way. Its obviously nothing more than than a desire to be more ostentatious than your neighbour. A vulgar display of wealth by people with far too much money and far too little taste.
