I just wanted to come onto your forum and say hello and introduce myself.

Some of you I have met before, the rest, I look forward to meeting at Vmax200 Deutschemax or a future event if you can't make this one.

Firstly, a massive thank you to Nick who has worked tirelessly to make this happen. It's not easy and I'm sure his hard work is appreciated by you all.

From here on in I will work to give you the best high speed day out I can, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

I must apologise for the slight delay in replies to your application emails. I have been working on Icemax, an ice driving trip to Norway at the end of the month. I may have some spaces available if anyone fancies it.

I think we are around the 45-50 car mark at the moment. Craig will be able to give you exact numbers but it's looking like it's going to be a very entertaining day indeed!!

We have four or five tuners coming along bringing multiple cars as well as Pistonheads will be joining us and reporting on the event for their website.

You should have received confirmation that you are on the registered list, Craig has this things pretty organised so you should receive payment request closer to the event.

So DeutscheMAX is almost upon us....

Obviously it goes without saying that everyone participating should have their car in the very best mechanical condition that they can.

Have everything checked over before you come. Check brakes are in good condition, all fluids are staying in the car, and tyres are in good condition too. This is obviously very important for your own safety, but also for everyone else who is involved in the day. What we don't want are any accidents of any description. Any leaking fluid could cause another participant to come off so for your own and everyone else's safety, please ensure your car is completely mechanically sound.

Helmets are optional so feel free to run with one or without.

Craig will be in contact soon with payment details. Please pay promptly as there are quite a few runners and we'd much rather not be chasing everyone up!!!

Hopefully the snow will have left us alone by the end of the month and we can run on a day like today

If you are wondering about the radio silence recently it is because Craig tragically lost his brother and has understandably been out of the game for while.
