Sony In-car kit

Hi, I am having a clearout for stuff to put on Ebay. I thought somebody here might want this:

Full in-car kit for Sony Ericsson phones. Kit includes everything:
Black box (with stereo mute wire)
Speaker
Microphone
Phone cradle for 610 / 630
cables
Full fitting and operating instructions
Anything else you might expect inthe kit that I have forgotten to mention

If you have another model of Sony phone, you can buy the cradle to match.

I can also throw in a 610 phone including charger (not SIM locked) if that helps.

No reasonable offer refused - because I expect to get b****r all off Ebay beyond some git buying it for a song and reposting for a massive profit because of his 2500 recommendation points based on years of flogging dodgy stuff.

I am in the surrey area if you want to save on postage or look at it first.

No, it's a Sony kit made by the industrious Japanese workers of Sony Japan.

Eidt: I forgot to mention - it does hands-free dialing and all that rubbish.

Edit 2: Actually, it is probably made in Taiwan. Most Sony stuff is nowadays.

Will this fit my k750i ?

I have a BT SE kit (which keeps annying me by not connecting)....any ideas as to how easy it is to swap out ??

You would need to check on the availability of a cradle to fit your phone - though I would be surprised if that were a problem. The Sony website has the details. I will go there later to retrieve some model numbers to assist this sale.

I forgot to mention that this kit does NOT include an external aerial. Sorry for any confusion.

Swapping out should be easy. All of the car kits I have ever had have prety much connected up in the same way. The only issue I ever encounter is choosing the best place to locate the cradle.

Just checked - SE changed there standard connection type for the k750i........so it won't fit.

She's a Russian Blue with attitude.

It will fit in the future however, when SE release the new system cable for the new pin-out connections. Hopefully shouldn't be too far off.

You have to love the SE car kits...totally modular, just swap out as necessary

I agree totally. I've just upgraded from a T610 to a K700i and all I had to buy was the £19 cradle for the car kit to work.

Yup...

I've had the black boxes of my car kit for around 7 years now. £15 system cable change when SE changed their pinout from T18 to T28, and a couple of similarly priced cradles every couple of years has kept it up to date.

Swapped to the HCH-30 adjustable cradle a few years back, which allows me to use just about any SE phone from T28 onwards.
