Spark Plug Seals

Hi all,
Looking for another small piece of advice.....
('94 e220 Coupe W124)

I am having trouble removing the 4 x Spark plug seals from the Cam cover.
Normally I would just bash them out however I dont want to damage the Cam cover what with it being Aluminium.

Anyone had the same issue ?

Have done this job on a non MB and had a tuff time getting them out. Top tip heat up the cam cover, if you can put it in a oven for a few mins that be ideal. You will find after this they pop right out with minimal force required.
