Speed limiter

I wonder why I thought they could do 70 on a motorway? Were they limited to less than 62 before they were banned from the outside lane?

They used to be allowed to do 70 and use outside lane but a few years back HGV & PSV had to come in line with europe so HGV got limited to 56mph and PSV to 62mph

The coach that hit me was on an 07 plate and this was in 2008 that it happened.
He was definitely doing 70 as I was doing exactly the same speed next to him when he decided to push me from the outside lane into the Central barrier.
If they can't use the outside lane and are only allowed to do 62 then that's 3 laws he broke that day...

Your right V12 all coaches should be ltd to 62 if its not too late take the matter further unless its under 16 seats it shouldnt be in fast lane on a motorway dual carrageways are differant they can use fast lane
