Splitting tool - Carlsson/Oz

All, does anywhere know where I can obtain the correct splitting tool for these wheels? They have been loitering around for ages and I have now found a guy locally who will refurb them but wants them pre-split as he doesn't have the tool.

It is a spline-type bit, but smaller than the Laser wheel-specific 8mm one I got on eBay
