Spotting the C-Class Sports Package

Hi,

I'm looking into buying a 2008 C class.

I understand one of the available options new was a "sports package" - are there any obvious signs to look for that a car has the package rather than just a salesman telling me so.

Larger front vented disc brakes, lower suspension, and 5 spoke staggered alloy wheels (wider on the rear)

Black headlining and heavily bolstered seats and a lack of a bonnet mounted star

You will find it hard to avoid a car without it as the majority other than the basic model came thus equipped! I would add 3 spoke steering wheel plus funny sports st/ steel pedals with rubber pads - you will know them when you see em! and AMG logo'd floor mats -- [these are moveable of course so maybe not so full proof ]

Not to mention that a 2008 car will be a w204 so will have amg body styling.
