Sprinter 311 2008 CDI starting problem

HI ALL
I HAVE A 2008 311 CDI WITH 130,000 MILES ON THE CLOCK.
I AM HAVING STARTING PROBLEMS WHEN COLD
THE LOCAL GARAGE HAS CHANGED THE FOLLOWING WITHOUT IT MAKING
ANY DIFFERENCE.
GLOW PLUGS
GLOW PLUG SENDER UNIT
AIR SENSER UNIT
FUEL FILTER
CHECKED FUEL PUMP IN TANK IS WORKING
WHEN I GET IT STARTED WITH EASI START THERE IS NO EXCESSIVE SMOKE FROM EXSAUST SO IM TOLD ITS NOT THE INJECTORS .

ANY IDEAS PLEASE I NEED TO GET BACK TO WORK?

MANY THANKS

See if you have bubbles in the translucent pipe from the filter to high pressure pump. Checkthe "O" rings in pressure regulator haven't split. Check injectors for leak down

You have a choice of a few things why it wont start
first it maybe down to the o seals in the pressure rail regulator the o seals are only pennies to buy a little fiddly to get to its at the l/hand side rear of the engine should be 2 x torx small bolts hold it in place
2nd is a leaky injector leaking down as capncol has said check for air bubbles in the fuel pipes
but basically if it wont start from cold it normally shows a leaky injector, if it wont start from hot it normally indicates o seals in the pressure rail.
but 9 times out of 10 change the o seals at the back of the pressure rail as this is the cheapest and easiest
