STAR Coding near to Edinburgh

Hi Everyone, ive got a 2009 CLC and would love to have the various coding options added that Command offer, however i just cant contemplate the journey down to get them added. Does anyone know of any specialists near to Edinburgh thats able to add these options? I have the menu in my cluster for autofold mirrors, but i dont think the indy ive been too, knew what to do, so they havnt activated everything. Hope somebody can help!!​

Just take it to any MB dealer, a 2009 new car should have been done. They should do it for free. 30 minute job at most !

What sort of fetures do you want unlocked on the cluster. As they have changed the way things are coded now and not as easy to recode them anymore

I just want the autofold mirrors activated. Thats all really

I take it you already have folding mirrors fitted to the vehicle as i thought that if you had folding mirrors fitted this feature was already present there

Just take it in to MB dealer. If you intend to get it serviced by an MB dealer (recommended) just ask them to do it. 15 mins to plug STAR in and change the settings

Yeah i have folding mirrors already with one touch operation. I stay in Leith Wully.

So you're saying that the mirrors do fold if the button is pushed but not on locking the doors, is that right?

Yeah thats right Druk. They fold when i press the button but not when i lock the doors.

Have you tried to program them to do so by using the steering wheel buttons? I could tell you how on an E class but the best thing would be to read the (admittedly awful) handbook.

Where are you and what you looking to get done, just km/h?

I'm on the south side, near Eastwood Toll. Main thing is the km/h to temperature as I find it irritating.

You are going to need more than just STAR, plus a knowledge of a bit of German to get OTG instead of KMH.
