Steering Wheel Buttons ?

A few years ago i had the buttons replaced on my S-Class W221,they have now gone mank again OEM cost is £270.00 + VAT + fiting and they would be on back order,so you would never recieve them anyway !!!There are EBay Chinese ones available £70.00 ( Buy Cheap Buy Often ) Anyone tried them ?
OCD members any suggestions to clean them up ?

You can buy wraps (stickers) online for some MB steering wheel button clusters. Not sure if they are any good , but worth a try , just peel them off if they are no good ?
