stolen Comand unit

hi guys, 3 months ago had the head unit comand stolen out of my e class, I thougt if i had one fitted it will proberly happen again so i got one of ebay for £300 which looking at it was probabley the one that was stolen out of my car,
now all i do is slide it in plug it in and away i go and on a night I just unplug it and take it out, Its not the thing i should have to do but at least I can sleep on a night. has any one else had a similar problem

Won't MB have a record of the serial number of your original unit? If so check it against the one you bought, then trace the seller through ebay if it matches!

I'm guessing from your tag that you're in Hull...

if its not the same one i will proberly get done for receiving and the seller was from lithuania so i think i will bother
and yes i live in the wonderfull city of hull

I would not be so negative. I recall seeing transporters of crashed cars waiting to sail from Dover a few years ago...
