What did they do / not do?

They have not been to see us or even phones us to keep us updated, it's always me who has to chase them to find out what is happening. You can't get to speak to a person either unless you really shout at the poor receptionist, you just get put through to a answer phone all the flipping time.

I know it's not a serious crime but never the less it is a crime that has been committed.

Locally a woman was washing her SLK listening to the radio, keys in the ignition. she went into the house and came out after about 20 mins and lo,...no shiney, clean SLK... .
Another driver left his Range Rover warming up on the drive in the winter and oops..Bye, Bye!
