stone chips

Everyone edits immediately after I post, Doh!!!

Personally I'd fill the bits in with colour and, after you reach a level, just try to polish it in. Bear in mind that it will always show, though if it's done carefully, only to those who knew it was there in the first place.

The only other options are "blending it in" which can be done by the people who do this for a living (make sure you pick a good one) or ignoring it.

when you say "Fill it with colour", do you mean using the touch up paint that looks similar to nail varnish?
thanks :)

This stuff is much better (in the correct colour) Mercedes Brilliant Silver 744 / 9744 Touch Up Paint Scratch Stone Chip Repair | eBay You supply the paint code and it arrives in a small pot. It has glaze in the mix so all thats needed in addition is something to really clean the surface before use and some disposable, fine modellers or artists brushes.

I got the Chipex kit which is similar to the above and was happy with the results.
