What a shower! Eight contacts with them over last 18 months. Each one less than satisfactory, ranging from being offered a few hundred off list price on a run out A class for a cash sale , to them nearly getting me killed when their warrenty "repair" to the gearbox left me without power in the outside lane of the M1 on a Bank Holiday Friday 24 hours after they had "fixed" it. They have lied to me,saying they had taken pictures and submitted them to MB for a claim when they hadn't. They don't ring back, they don't follow Mercedes MobioLife conditions, they can't even reset the Assyst after a service. They were rude and arrogant.
No wonder their satellite Leeds branch closed recently.In 15 years of owning 4 MBs I've never come across an outfit like them, in fact in nearly 45 years driving they are unbeatable. The only way they can be suviving is because of the group behind them and company purchases of MBs.
Please don't use them so a. Mercedes HO may take some notice of the drop off in trade and b. you will save yourself a lot of trouble and time.
Don't forget Stratstone, before you protest this is untrue, I have copies of all the correspondence between MB at Milton Keynes and myself to substantiate these matters.
