What tool(s) do I need to suck power steering fluid from the system of my 129 500?

I use one of these for all sorts of fluid extraction. Really handy piece of kit !

Just undo the return pipe where it returns to the reservoir and allow it to pump as you fill with fresh fluid.

Manually syphoning with a 24in peice of clear tube and a milk bottle works for me (not as good/through as undoing the return pipe though)

Some people use a turkey baster - like a BIG eye dropper

for these tasks i use a cheap hand syphon pump. they are available on ebay for a few quid and do the job.
