Hi upgraded the climate controls on my 2007 c230 and want to install the sun sensor have the heated washer jets and have been told that the connection is on this wiring loom have removed the washer jet grill but have been unable to find the conection if any one can point me in the right direction I would be grateful thanks

As I posted before, IIRC it is the purple wire. When I upgraded to the digital unit I was asked if I wanted to fit the sun sensor as the required wire was present in the a/c loom. I didn't check the other end though but noticed where the dummy sun sensor was fitted there was a matchbox sized box underneath. I guess you will just have to trace the loom and see if you can find it.

Hi and thanks it just seems logical that the conection would be under the washers jet grill next to the dummy cover. Followed the heated washer jet loom as far as where it disappears besides the battery and thats as far as I have taken it before I go-ahead and remove anything I would like to know if any one as retrofitted this and have found this connection thanks
