Yep..its a much better society that lets people who have no desire for a job, has no money other than state handouts, and drives around in a stolen vehicle...they get fined but dont pay...simples

bear in mind that millionare pays a lot more tax than all of us put together and that hospital thats been maitained, all that money comes from somewhere, their taxes

I agree with ***, proportional taxation. I sort of like that idea because it wouldn't need to be means tested.
