Tata crisis: How do you sack a boss who won't go? - BBC News

Interesting & just goes to show sometimes how hard it can be to oust an employee even more so in the public sector often.

I know first hand how painful having a difficult Director is obviously on a much smaller scale! This ex-Director of ours still owes the company a fair amount of cash, took items not belonging to him & still owns shares he didn't pay for but refuses to sign them back unless paid a ridiculous amount. He hasn't worked in our business for over a year but still owns this large shareholding. We seem not able to close this door unless we spend maybe waste silly amounts on time/litigation. Crazy really.

Tata like many others have something on their side that we don't have.....money. It normally gets thrown at most situations to resolve an issues. Maybe this guy can't be bought or doesn't want the money....or they haven't thrown enough at him yet!
