Thank The Lord Every day You Dont Own a GT Bentley

My father has the flying spur and it quite literally flies. Interior is beautiful (aside form some dodgy switchgear) and an event to sit in every time. Lambs wool foot rugs make driving bare foot the choice!

Makes you feel ill under full acceleration as the shift in mass is brutal.

yes it is very fast, as a 911 driver found out the other day:D 4 wheel drive give plenty of traction. And yes, it does feel as good as the old Turbo R. None of the switchgear is shared with the VAG, but some is not bespoke enough like the older cars. That said, some of the stuff in the Phantom is a bit odd too and the ergonomics aren't great. In the Spur everything is where you want it and works well. Much cheaper to run than a Turbo R as well.

Did I say I would add a spoiler too for added panache?

HA! that made me lol...that and the suits you sir comment! What's the world coming to a man can't say what he likes without the Michael being extracted from him! Just joking I know you guys were joking!

I'd choose a GTC in Black with full turquoise interior and turquoise hood.

Agreed, i think it is actually the sat van unit that lets it down. I love driving it :)

£2,000 for a major service doesn't seem that bad to me.

They'll be at the age where a good independant will be able to look after them as well.

stats thinks I'm a chav...

No, just think a GTC in light blue would suit Dale Winton...

and maybe a reformed Vauxhall chav ;):)

403 for sale on autotrader v 277 CLS`s of every variant and every price.

I was at the lights coming home from the pit and one pulled up beside me and made a nice waffly W12 type sound - my in body car DNA started to twitch and even though the mighty reds are about to crucify Madrid I decided to check the trader for Contis.

Bottoming out at £40k ish for a 2005 with 35k miles (huge service at 40k) is a lotta VW Phaeton in drag for your money

What astounded me was the 403 for sale nationally at all prices - truly amazing.

Anyone got an insight into why this prestige footballers mondeo is so prevalent ?

The Bentleys are common as much (more so than CLS) where I am based.... Bentley dealer is right next door to my office :D (as well as Maserati, Lamborghini, Porsche and Ferrari).
