Welcome to MBClub, and congratulations on your new car - it looks lovely.

Sounds like you got caught up in the wormhole combination of man maths and scope creep - there is no way back, only forwards.

You’d still be stuck there now if you hadn’t bought the E 53, it was the only choice you had
