Well given the car's been spotted in Northern Ireland, it might just be an Irish car

At least purchased and registered there initially. The owner may travel to plymouth but more than likely lives in NI given a) it was spotted there b) its a Irish plate. He may work between the two places.

I spotted an all white R8 in Glasgow and a Red one too in Glasgow. No pics though

We do have some very nice cars in Colchester more or less next to my office.... a Bentley, Ferrari, Maserati & Porsche garage. Lucky us, see all models daily.

Sometimes one can hear their motors roar!

Also seen a Maybach in Bratislava (the only one in SLovakia!). Crappy pic though so no bother putting it up.

MB Ipswich had a black DTM that was a cancelled order. Price: 100K. Looked really nice.
