The name's Bond.....

Mate of mine used to have one of those around 1970/71. We went all over the place in it. :D

Wasn't a posh one like that though, his had the 197cc single cylinder Villiers engine with no reverser on it. Not really necessary as the thing would turn on it's own axis.

Can't remember if it was a three or four speed box (I seem to remember four), though know that it was a sequential shift, one up: two (or three) down.

A fun car at the time, though wouldn't really fancy one now. :)
 
Bond minicar and motorway = oxymoron, I'd rather walk backward down the fast lane of the M1 in light absorbent clothing at 11pm :D

The Villiers engine was also used in the Berkley 3 wheeler, my brother had also with the sequential gearbox, basically the motorcycle gearbox, just operated with a lever.
