The value will end up close to market value by the time it ends. If nothing else the dealers will pump a few bids in until it makes no sense to them.
Btw webuyanycar will pay 11,895 for it

you get charged straight away for a reserve fee which you do not get back now if the item reaches reserve. Another ebay tax.
