The Warranty is rather suspicious; car registered 15 Feb 2005, warranty expires Nov 2007 - 33 months warranty seems very odd.
If you look at picture 6, it has the Mercedes Star on the front, not the AMG flush badge???

VIN request will probably be rejected - what do you need it for etc. etc.....

Plenty of members live in and around Berkshire, see if you can get the address, and if anyone is willing to do a visit for you.

There is no AMG "flush badge" AFAIK. It does not surprise me that the C55 AMG has an upright bonnet ornament on it, however if you look at the front it does look subtley different to any other W203, this is true of the C55 which has a different, more 209-style front end.

Car still seems fishy though.

but think i would rather keep my e55 for now!
