My iPhone dyno app recorded the 599 doing 0-60 in 3.4sec on that run, it is quite quick!!

My wife says I dont work either, but I keep on telling her I do, and how hard it is etc which is why I only just have enough energy to sit down in front of the telly when I get home at night and do nothing else.

And today, I see its back in the workshop at Brooklands.
Yep, collecting it tomorrow. Its had some work done on the carbon fibre and a front armour guard to protect the paint work.

I saw a convertible DTM yesterday at MB world. it has 23 writen on the back window. I wasn't really concentrating because I had a telephone interview there and then.

I picked the DTM up on Thursday. I've had a great few days with it and really got to enjoy it yesterday with the roof down
But on the way home I thought I could smell warm oil, at first thought it must be because I had been 'getting a move on' but afterwards thought it too strong to be that sort of smell. Got home and found the rear bumper covered in oil
It appears a stone may have gone through the small differential oil cooler that hangs down below the rear axle as it was dripping oil and covered all around it.
Flatbed comes to collect it in the morning, so some of you may see it back at MB World again this week! Typical!
Still, I had a really good few days whilst the sun was out.

Really sorry to hear about that. I know that I would have blown my top had something like that happened to me. It's good that you can look back on it knowing you've enjoyed her in the sun.
