Touch up paint

It's been a while since I had seriously investigated scratches and chips on one of my car and it seems the technology and products have moved on from the traditional Halfords tube with a brush in it

Could anyone advise the best way to deal with stone chips and scratches these days.

I've just got the car (1993 220 CE) and having given it a good look over I'm sure it has had a respray in the not to distant past and certainly both front wings have been replaced.

well, i believe halfords are still in the loop with this one.. they have these Scratch & Chip Repair Pens which seems to be good and do the job... they can also match your colour sometimes just ask
