Well what a weekend, Neil McKinnon in the McKinstry WRC went out with mechanical problems and Callum Duffy in the Mk2 won!

Sounds like a catalogue of disasters, the Escort kept switching the lights off over jumps on the friday night, then on the sat pm he lost oil pressure (hole in dry sump hose), patched it up and kept it going to win! :bannana:

Now we all know why a good Mk1 or Mk2 Escort is worth £5k. Saw a scrapper on Ebay for £1500.

Now we all know why a good Mk1 or Mk2 Escort is worth £5k. Saw a scrapper on Ebay for £1500.

Yes definately, I've seen top spec Mk2s fully prepared going for £60k+ so good shells are worth a fortune!

Well, just finished another one. Once again cracking weather and a great event. This time Mckinnon won in his scoobie with Duffy second.

Had to attend a couple of nasty accidents - the pace is getting faster and with dry weather the accidents are more damaging.

This one went off with no injuries

Then on the same jump we had another where rescue attended

Any ideas why the images are coming up as links?

The pics you posted links to ARE links, there's no *.jpg suffix, whereas your original post does contain links to actual JPEGs.

Did this come out in English? Anyway I know what I mean, I hope I'm not confusing you...
