My E class pulls to the left a bit, went into the local tyre place to get the tracking done and they reckon it's main dealer only ???:dk:

Is this correct, if so what's the likely cost going to be ?

Thanks

Mike

Thanks, bit too far for me though..... my fault haven't put my location in my profile :wallbash:

I've only had the car a couple of weeks and done about 400 miles in it. The issue has been there since I picked it up, I just automatically assume tracking/alignment issue. It's just had a new MoT so I'm making the assumption no suspension issues such as ball joints or bushes are gone.

It's worth noting that on e-class and some other models the rear end is also adjustable and requires proper set up (tracking). This is why you are recommended to go to the dealer, which I also recommend, or any other garage that has proper 4 wheel alignment gear, but more importantly a competent mechanic with the correct data. If the front is set up ok and it still pulls it could be the rear. It can also be worn rubbers on the wishbones. First stop in my opinion is the dealer if the front has been checked ok first. Allow £150 for a proper dealer check and rectify. Good luck.
