Tyre Pressure - is this correct?

Hi All
I have a 55 plate c220cdi with the 5 spoke mercedes alloys.

According to the sticker inside the filler cap the correct tyre pressure is 33 psi.

Is this right?

I have inflated them to 33 but it feels a bit 'bumpy'...

Is this the right pressure?

Any help appreciated...

The pressures are only a guide.

Generally, put them there and drive it. Then raise / lower by 1psi and drive again.

Repeat until you find a sweet spot for your car.

Thanks - I'll try raising by 1psi tomorrow and see how it goes...will 1 psi really make a big difference to the ride?

Edit: thinking about it maybe I am better reducing it lol...

Are these 17" tyres?
33 to 35 psi would be about right.
I wouldn't reduce below 33 psi if that is the pressure stated on the car. Reduce the pressure to much and you will get tyre wear and drag.
