"Engine Management Light on"...that'll be the AdBlue system cattle-trucked then :D

Pity that the blue lights will have to go, though (unless they only ever transport from one place to another on the back of another lorry).

TBF, if you saw that looming large in the door mirrors, even without the blues flashing you'd probably get out of the way.

Technically true...but one of the SADCASE guys has an old Moggy Minor cop car and never has any issues. A cop even told him as long as they not on until he gets to shows he's unlikely to have any problems with the law.

That's awesome!

Will watch that, just to find out who on earth....

Decades ago a friend of mine was a Hella distributor and he purchased a dark blue Austin / Morris 1100 and he installed a blue light on his car , as a demo light !

I know that some years ago classic car owners were asked by police to either remove or cover the blue light when driving the car to and from shows (technically speaking, they are right - having a blue light on a non-emergency vehicle being driven on a public road is an offence, whether the light is on or not). But it may differ from one police force to another.

Even having them covered or disconnected is still an offence.....but I think the Police have better things to do!!

Not necessarily. Many years ago I was stopped by a policeman for having my tax disc displayed in the wrong place. I had it behind the rearview mirror so it didn't interfere with my field of vision. PC Dixon said it had to be on the bottom right of the windscreen so it could be read easily from the side of the car. I resisted the temptation to suggest that our police need better eyesight, and from then on my tax disc knew its place.
