Upgrade Audio 20

I have the newer version of the basic Audio 20 in both cars (w204, r171) with DAB provided by a Pure Highway in each glovebox connected by the aux in socket. Sat Nav is portable TomTom.
I use Bluetooth to pair my iPhone 4S.
I want an integrated solution for the c class estate which I guess means an upgrade to COMAND or an aftermarket Kenwood or Alpine.
Not fussed about SatNav in the SLK but want a neater DAB solution and wondered about AutoDab.
I know the c class will be in four figures, but does anyone have an idea of a fully fitted cost?
Any thoughts of what is the better solution for both?

www.comand.co.uk based in Lightwater, Surrey can provide a cost fitted for either Comand or an aftermarket unit.

To reduce the cost you coulld buy the unit from ebay and the installation kit from www.comandonline.co.uk if you want to install yourself. You will need it coded by someone with STAR.

www.mercupgrades.com has guides on how to remove the headunit etc.
