Urgent Help Please!

Evening all! My w210 E320 CDI had a thermostat fitted on Monday and when I collected the car they had a little issue with the stat leaking, they sorted it whilst I waited. Tonight however the check coolant warning appeared on my display.

Will it be ok to top with water and drive the 10 miles to the garage in the morning as I have no coolant to add in?

Be fine to run on very dilute antifreeze for a short while, just tell them so they know to drain it off.

Should however the water temperature begin to rise then switch on the cabin heater and set to max temp and fan speed.......you may wish to open a window whilst doing this!
