Use glow heater from Vito

Hello all
I have a friend who has a Mercedes Vito w639(a6461536579)
Can I use this heater on my w211 e270 from 2003(I can't see my num)

I would say not no, both are different voltages to operate + they are entirely different relays, yours is the bottom of the two links...

I only have 5 cylinder and one glow plug is stuck
The number on the relay is 025 454 28 32
I thinks it's for 4 cylinder. Because I don't Want glow cylinder 1(defect glow plug)
