Usefull eBay tools

I use bidslammer. http://www.bidslammer.com - Its a service, and you pay for each item you want to 'slam' and if you win a percentage.
As its a US service. you pay in $ , but since I bid on £ items it works out about half price in reality. Also they regularly have offers 'buy $20 of credit for $10)
Its failed to get a bid in 'for network reasons' once in about 50 times - its been beaten about twice (where my bid then gets outbid by a later bidder in the last few seconds)

Cheers
Richard

I've been using ezsniper for a while, I've never had any issues. Its always gotten the bids in on time, and more importantly just in time ;) Whenever I've been outbid, it was from previous (higher than mine) bids. Free too (up to a certain limit)

You can't get outbid by running out of time.Proxy bids or snipes are calculated at the close of the auction by Ebay regardless of the time it was placed.Remember the snipe places your high bid but it's only deployed by Ebay if and when required in incremental amounts.
You would also be better off using the free snipe services !
I've never had a server based snipe on Bayprospector not go through although at peak times on Sunday night I would advise a 5 second snipe rather than 2 sec.

Been using it for a long time now . . .

never bothered with one of these programmes before, ive always been at my pc at the end of the auction and used the countdown timer on my mobile and got my highest proxy bid in about 20seconds before the end. But I decided to give this a go because there was a pair of trainers I fancied and wanted to get some kip because I was working last night,,and it worked a treat:bannana: :bannana: :bannana: won the trainers and at a bargain price
