V5 Logbook Translation

Howdy!

Does anyone have a translation (or know where I can find a translation) of the V5 logbook (preferrably into French, Spanish & Arabic)?

I can probably handle the french/spanish - but I know nothing in Arabic! I was hoping to find a webpage that just let me type in the details and it would let me print a copy of a translation (or a PDF) but no luck...

I might need to make it myself... anyone care to help with the Arabic translation?
