Just to say, thanks to you and this thread, I have managed to buy my dream car and it's being delivered on Friday!

So glad I was able to access the VIN whilst out of the country and didn't miss out on it. Did the deal on the phone from France, whilst standing in my favourite place in the world and on my birthday too!

You’d think the dealer would have a good idea of the specs but they don’t. And often they will just say what they think the car has. I’ve struggled in the past to get hold of it. Besides, I’m also considering to purchase it over the phone as the car is located far away from me and these go like hot cakes. So keen to make sure I get the factory specs.

Thank you very much! I have been trawling all over the internet the past week trying to find a tool so I can check the spec of C63 AMG performance pack with (limited slip differential)LSD. Too many traders and even Mercedes have been claiming that all performance pack cars come with the LSD and there is no way for me to prove this unless I have the VIN report so you have been a great help
