Guys,
Cannot find insurers which would do hat.Tried 5 of them - Adrian flux, sky, tiger
Could you direct me please

Most companies should do it as unregistered cars have to be insured before they can be taxed and put on the road.

Spoken with Swift,Privilige as well. One agent didn't know what I'm on about.
Will keep looking.
Dvla sent me car import pack with info what to do. There was a link to brokers web side (recommended) - doesn't work :-0, very helpfull.
Will try to do it in my mates trade insurance, he done few japanese imports maybe he will give a hand.
It is just to provide certificate to dvla to get plates.I don't drive the car anyways, what is the insurance for lol ?
Customs were not so painfull to deal with compere to insurers

Most insurance companies will do it - provided that the car is one that they would insure if it had a UK plate on it.
What they will normally do is issue an insurance certificate with the last 6 digits of the chassis number. You would then have to register the car and request a new certificate with the Registration number within a fixed time period (there may be a charge for the new certificate).

Got it today from Adrianflux
Had a problem with my post code, that is why I was struggling.
Aparently, wasn't in the system as resident.Did send them utility bils and they did the cover.
Sorted
Thanx guys
